raw, dehydrated tortilla chips!


I have been wanting to make these forever and I was so excited to use Abeba's Crazy Kracker Book to adapt a recipe. Everyone should buy her books if you love crackers and crunchy things as much as I do!

Corn Tortilla Chips
6 ears corn
1/2 cup soaked wheatberries
1/4 onion
1/2 cup freshly ground flax
olive oil
chili powder
cumin
sea salt

use your vitamix to blend the wheatberries and a little olive oil, then add the corn, onion, and seasonings, finally, add the flax. Smooth onto a teflex sheet and score into triangles!
